Hello I’m looking for someone to take over my cleaning business. I have a well established cleaning company that I have been running for 10 years most of my clients have been with me for 7+ years and they have all agreed to having a new House Cleaning/owner. I’m looking for someone who has at least two years experience. I am moving out of the state at the beginning of next year so it would be too complicated to train someone who is brand new to Cleaning. My net income is 2800 a month this is a part-time job Sunday through Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM. There is room to grow the company of course. I have grown the business by word of mouth and if my clients are happy with your cleaning they will recommend new people if you wish to make it a full-time job. Sale price is three months net income which comes out to be $8400 if you are truly interested and I feel you are fit for the job the price is negotiable. Thanks and have a great day
