I found a nice winter jacket for a little girl at Keizer Rapid's Dog Park. It had actually been there for a week before I took it home to give it a wash, but with the weather being what it is, I imagine someone is missing their jacket. If your kid is missing a winter jacket, email me (link below) the color of the jacket and I'll give it you. I'm Sampson's Owner, if that is helpful.
