(haight ashbury) Biden's first 9 months have been a train wreck. 1. Inflation everything costing more. Let's see gas is up. Because more people are driving. Supply and demand. Like how gas goes up every summer. Not a government thing other than the taxes they collect on it. &&& -In October 2019 which is pre-pandemic during a roaring Trump economy the average price of a gallon of gas was $2.60 nationally, today it averages $3.20 a 20% increase. The comparison reflects what's recognized as a good economy versus a recovering economy. The reasons why are Biden has restricted supplies terminating oil & gas leases that are needed as existing wells production goes down and new supplies are required to maintain levels. This has been the plan of the green energy freaks for a long time and Biden is their obedient servant to that end. Even during Trump's last year in office the US produced 13 million barrels of oil per day, under Biden it's less than 11 million. The explanation is clear, Biden has purposely decreased the supply which increases prices it has nothing to do with more people buying gas this year versus last year. Naturally you'll not acknowledge this because you're incapable of dealing with reality's truths. Is the price of TP higher? Bananas? Chicken? I ask b/c at the beginning of the lockdown the price of TP went up over 1000%. But that was under Trump so it was okay right? &&& -Not surprisingly you confuse panic buying with short supply. Last year with our ability to go to stores restricted many bought more than usual and stores couldn't bring in more product because their transportation services were pushed to their limits, not enough drivers and trucks to meet demand. The price of TP didn't increase much, certainly not 1000% because that would have been price gouging and Federal authorities would have stepped in and punished the big box stores, in some cases retailers were prosecuted. Since you're known as a pathological liar nothing more needs to be said about the matter. 2. Begging OPEC for more oil. Umm...is this just flat out bullshit? Where are WE asking OPEC for anything? America has enough oil. We sell our oil on the exchange just like we buy gasoline from the exchange. This is a BS talking point perpetuated by the oil companies so people blame the government and not them for price gouging. Or you just made it up - which is what Trumplicans do. &&&- As shown our supply of oil & gas was reduced by Biden more than 2 million barrels a day, we're capable of more production to meet our needs but Biden and the Democrats are determined to make American's pay more and suffer to further their green energy ambitions which as we see are impracticable today that have caused energy prices to soar. We know Biden has asked Middle Eastern suppliers to increase production for our use, after Biden's Afghanistan debacle that has flooded their countries with refugees and equipped the Taliban with a state of the art military to be used against them they are giving Biden the middle finger. All Biden has to do is allow our oil & gas producers to resume drilling on Federal land and the supply will increase exponentially but he won't because Democrat green renewable energy ideology is more important to them than people's actual needs. 3. Illegal immigration at all time high. Tell us how you're counting these illegals? What's the record for illegals entering the USA in an hour? Day? Week? Month? Year? Is there a specific number or numbers? When was it set? And who's keeping track? &&&- Do you believe Biden's Homeland Security, they've told us to date 1.85 million illegals have been apprehended at our border this fiscal year. The previous record was 1.643 million in 2000. Homeland Security is keeping track, have a beef with their stats argue with them. We get it you want to show you are an unreasonable argumentative snowflake. 4. Abandoning Americans in Afghanistan. This is such an unintelligent statement. While the exodus could've been better, WE removed over 250 THOUSAND people in 12 days from that country. Were there people unable to get out? I'm sure. But it wasn't because we didn't try. And I know there were people who initially wanted to stay, but then re-thought their decision. This is complete BULLSHIT. &&&- As of August 31st the US State Dept. reported 117,000 evacuties by our military less than half of what you claim proving once again what a prolific LIAR you are. We did abandon not only US citizens and legal residents but 10's of 1,000's of Afghans we PROMISED to evacuate should their government fall and we left them because Biden refused to have an orderly removal of all who wanted to leave moths in advance of our military departure. What happened looked like a scene from a 1970's disaster movie staring Charlton Heston in "Earthquake". Your comment is complete BULLSHIT. 5. Unable to reduce Covid-19 New Delta variant. Unable? No we are able. It's the GOP governors who are allowing the virus to continue by politicizing the response. Mask mandates are NOT an infringement on your "rights". They are created for the "common good". IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU! It's about our society. But there are those who think if they're inconvenienced by wearing a mask it must be an example of the government taking away a constitutional right. READ THE CONSTITUTION. All of those "rights" were about serving the common good. So in reality those who choose to go against the common good, are actually showing us how much against the constitution they really are. &&&- Study after study such as the ones conducted by the Mayo Clinic found most masks used by Americans (the cloth variety with three layers) only have up to a 1 in 4 chance preventing the spread of covid 19 and that's if at the time of a potential infection they are worn properly. We know from our own personal observations masks being worn properly at all times is minimal therefore mandated Federal or local use is more of a virtue signal that a real preventative. GOP Governors recognizing the obvious have fought against the mandates because of the known failure rates and unnecessary use. I'm surprised Democrats haven't mandated rabbit's feet just for luck, after all we could all use a little luck nowadays. There is little "common good" coming from wearing masks they remind us to be fearful which is why Democrats mandate them. If masks were really effective doctors and nursing treating covid 19 patients would never have been infected because they used the best masks made along with other PPE preventatives. In light of actual facts, there is no real common good unless you think forced compliance to promote fear is in the nation's interests, apparently you do Herr Fairfax. 6. Mandating Covid vaccine or lose your job. See #5. We mandate that your children get various immunizations prior to them going to public school. Private schools also have "medical mandates" as well. So those are different from this one? And if your employer says all employees have to dye their hair blue in order to work there, they have that right. THEY PAY YOU. So if you don't want to dye your hair you can work somewhere else. &&&- It was Biden who told us if you're vaccinated you're safe and he follows the science right?. If infected, chances of dying or suffering from the infection are are extremely rare and medical experts agree. Those that for whatever their reasons want to take chances do so at their own risk not your's or mine the vaccinated. The Federal government doesn't have the right to tell people they must take chemicals injected into their body's and this is again being argued in the courts. Your "common good" argument is inapplicable. It would be like making it illegal to sell any food or treat because the high sugar content promotes obesity which affects nearly half of all Americans and that translates to a lot of preventable doctor visits and treatments. Using that logic what's to stop the government to mandate we all become vegetarians and exercising daily to reduce the burden on our healthcare system saving us 100's of billions each year. 7. Broken supply chain in our ports. Umm...not broken. You're seeing mainly the backlog of ships caused by the docks shutting down during the height of the pandemic. Making it worse is the new procedures required due to the virus (which slows processing) and of course a lack of dock workers. So, Joe didn't break this. It's been breathing heavy for a while now. Just exasperated by the sheer number of ships. &&&- The height of the pandemic ended more than a year ago your argument doesn't exist. The virus is extremely unlikely to be transmitted from physical contact through inanimate objects, clearly dockworkers mandated to wear masks isn't a factor as shown by the ineffectiveness of masks as a preventative, the real problem which Biden hasn't addressed is the lack of drivers with the flatbeds able to transport the cargo containers. While he promotes Union labor they aren't making a sizable effort and there isn't enough of them anyway. We are short nearly 60,000 drivers, independents have been forced to retire or leave the industry due to Democrat caused regulations and higher fuel costs. The cargo ship logjam can be mitigated by rerouting ships to the East Coast and temporarily using our National Guard to do some of the Transporting work. Biden suggested this but his handlers in the White House immediately killed the idea because the Teamsters would cut campaign donations if their role was lessen. 8. Out fitting the Taliban with millions of US arms. Can you just stop? So how much did we leave in Kuwait? Korea? Germany? When militaries are withdrawn in a hurry there are always things left behind. To this day almost 75 years later they are still finding mine fields in France and Germany. Good news on our stuff, they all had locator tags so we can find them if needed. &&&- I know you're not trying to be stupid but you are. Kuwait? Korea? Germany? We didn't leave armaments to our sworn enemies as is the Taliban, we're still in those countries with our military and in control of all the weapons, nothing is left behind in these countries and comparing land mines to to $80 Billion of weapons that can be used immediately to kill is asinine. 9. Giving terrorist millions of dollars in aid payments. We give money with conditions. When conditions aren't met, the flow stops. This happens regardless of political party. Both do it. &&&- the Taliban terrorists are violating their pre withdrawal agreement with us and Sec. of State Blinken with the blessings of Biden is sending a lot of money to the Taliban for humanitarian aid that will never be used for anyone but the Taliban themselves. You must be a graduate of the Forrest Gump school of Foreign Aid who's motto is "Stupid is as Stupid does." 10. Defunding police and higher crime rates in America. Umm....Biden's bills have increased funding for police department around the country. FACT check that bitch! &&&- Well bitch, if cites and states cut the funding of their police dept. themselves it doesn't matter if Biden sends them more money because they won't use it to make their police more effective fighting crime. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink " is a good analogy for this situation. Got it bitch! 11. Push for a 3.5 trillion dollar new green deal. I know. I know, things like free CC schooling are communist right? I mean we already pay for K-12, and we know only the poor people will use this. Same with after school care programs for single parents? And lord knows there's no rational reason on God's green earth why we should fix roads or bridges. Or develop new forms of energy? Yea all of that is bad. &&&- Roads and bridges are a State issues, all that's necessary is for the Federal Gov't to stop imposing taxes on residents in states and the money will be there for road and bridge improvements. The real issue is your Democrat desire to eliminate 10th Amendment protects for states by empowering the Federal government to make all decisions, this is what Communists promote. You begin by creating victims out of thin air then demand everyone to do as you want to create your Communist top down run country. After school programs have been around for decades, 100's of billions have been spent on them, doesn't matter if the parents are single or married, same applies for school breakfast and lunch programs. Our advancements in science and technology have never needed to be dependent on government grants, free market capitalism has always been their reason because it's the best. Capitalism is the reason for new energy sources not government wet dreams like yours. Did windmills and solar panels in Texas during the winter freeze early this year promoted by you Greenes produce electricity? Telling taxpayers 3.5 trillion will not cost them any money. (Lie) First, the ~$3.5 trillion is spread over 10 years. So, that's $350 billion a year. We currently spend over $2 trillion in defense spending. EACH YEAR! Can you imagine what it would be like if we reversed that funding? What a wonderful world that would be. And stop with the fear-mongering. Show me what countries are blocking our ports and sinking our freighters? &&&- Let's imagine we spend $350 billion on the military, in less than a decade China and Russia will have leaped so far ahead of us technologically with military weapons we would be like the Native Americans fighting the US Army. They could force us to do or not do whatever they wanted and if we resist they could destroy us without suffering consequences. Before we could get off a shot they would destroy all of our offensive military capacity by flipping a few switches. They would control the entire world economy on their whims for their purposes. But hey, you wouldn't have to pay for CC who's curriculum would be approved by Bejing and Moscow furthering your mainstreaming of Democrat adopted Marxism you've been dreaming about. Shrink out military budget to $350 billion and that's what you get. 13. Energy Crisis. What energy crisis? Another made up piece of BS? Are you talking about the pipeline that would've created 10K TEMPORARY JOBS? Jobs that would've gone away after 6 months? Jobs on a pipeline that would bring CANADIAN SHALE OIL to our southern ports? Last year under Trump we produced 13 million barrels of oil a day the same in 2019, under Biden we're producing less than 11 million barrels a day, less supplies create higher prices as demand continues at the 13 million barrel a day rate. Higher costs makes goods cost more to transport, prices rise, the poorest among us, all those people you want to give free CC to can't afford the basics of life, in fact as we see these basic commodities aren't even on the store shelves if they could afford them because Democrat policies from transportation regs to covid restrictions has driven out of the workforce thousands of truckers.
