Deaf blue heeler needs a home!!

Our blue heeler jack needs a new home. Hr is almost a year old, we have had him since he was 6 weeks and found out later that he is deaf. We have worked with him a lot, he know some hand signals. We take him out a lot, but when he come back in, he poops in the house! We can't figure out how to stop this behavior, my wife is done with it.
