Need help moving couch out of living room.

Need help moving a couch from living room to outside of home. My elderly friend would like couch moved out of house. The couch is in good shape, and fairly lite weight. I am in good enough shape to lift one one side, and walk it through front door. I will be coming from Seattle on Saturday October 30th. Will need this 15 minute task done between 11am and 1pm.
