Seeking part-time childcare for 8-month old boy

I am looking for someone to care for my 8-month-old son 2-3 days a week (ideally Tuesday-Thursday-every other Friday) at my house while I work from home. My work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, and I would like to have coverage for most or all of that time (at a minimum 9am-3pm). I'm looking for someone to start mid to late November. Job responsibilities would include feeding the baby (bottles and baby food), playing with him, reading to him, putting him down for naps, changing his diapers, and taking him for walks when the weather allows. No housekeeping is expected other than cleaning up the eating area after meals. Must be Covid-vaccinated! Please note we also have two cats, so must be pet-friendly. $15-$20/hour.
