Offering space for band practice

My roommate and I are moving into a house with a massive basement with room for all kinds of activities. We are hoping to either “lease” it regularly to a band for band practice or even let individuals book the space for practicing. Dancing even lol. We don’t know what cost should really be so would be open to discussing it with the right people.
