Need mover for light move, Oct 30 or Oct. 31

I am looking to hire a mover with a truck for either Saturday Oct. 30 or Sunday Oct. 31. We are moving out of a Reston, Va. office building, which has an elevator. I have 50 boxes of files and books, one modest-sized table, an office chair, a few lamps, a white board, a fan and a computer monitor. But there is no heavy furniture. We are taking most of the stuff to very modern self-storage site in Reston a few miles away that has an elevator and dollies. The rest is going to a residence in Great Falls, Virginia, that is 8 miles away. Please give tell me what you could charge for the whole thing or by the hour. Also, whether you are available Oct 30 or Oct. 31, as I may prefer Oct. 31. I am guessing that it is several hours worth of work as most of the stuff is boxed up.
