Yard Work Needed - Cash Paid

Located near the junction of N. Nova Road and US1. I need some yard work completed. This would be less than a day's work. If both parties are satisfied there will be future cash work. Work Includes; -Raking and bagging old mulch -Weed and small plant removal -Minor bush trimming *Bags and tools will be provided.* This is a cash by the hour job. The hourly rate will be $12., with a minimum of 5 hours pay. If the work is completed in 4 hours the remaining time will still be paid as gratuity. I estimate 3-4 hours work.
