I have a unique opportunity for musician in a musician friendly home. We will be allowing instrument practice during agreeable times. At reasonable levels. Most likely Thursday through Sunday afternoons. It's a large Victorian home with room to move around. mostly guitarists and drummers. Credit and background checks will be done after an interview, if chosen. Looking for people who are mild mannered, polite and considerate of peoples personal items. Because something is left out does not mean its free! Musician tend to be alike in many ways so I willing to try this out as far as comparability with each another. Yes you need to be employed full time and verification of employment will be conducted. Me: I'm college educated working second shift. I work every other weekend also. No Cigs. No pets, people have alleges. The house is 2700 sqft. With hard wood flooring. Looking to rent a couple of rooms. $145, $155, $180 take your pick of room size you need. Rooms are fully furnished all that you will need is your dirty laundry and yourself. I still setting up the house with furniture and things so it is not well organized at the moment.
