Job Title: Apartment Housekeeper/Cleaner Hours: Full-Time Apartment Housekeeper/Cleaner are responsible for the following job duties below. Must have excellent customer service experience and must have some prior Housekeeping Experience with an Apartment Community or Hotels. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Job Duties: Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. Meticulously maintains curb appeal. Vacuum and wash carpets and rugs Empty wastepaper baskets and ashtrays. Transport trash to waste disposal equipment. Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. Dust and polish wooden surfaces and furniture. Replace light bulbs and repair fixtures. Power washer breezeways and parking lot
