Hello, I need to get a DOT physical with medical card done soon. Damn government wants my blood pressure lower than 140/90. Tell me there are some one out there that would get paid not to write such crap down. Recertification for me for two (2) years. Have $1,000 for you after all is good with the Illinois dmv (a few days later).
