Not found-only spotted. Around 11 p.m. on Friday October 22nd I was coming out of the West Hills Village parking lot at 1459 City View Street. There was a little dark gray dog with a white chest (a Whippet maybe?) running through the parking lot that looked lost. I couldn't stay because I am a delivery driver.
