We are Hiring experienced/non experienced carpet cleaning technicians for established high end carpet cleaning operation based out of Moreno Valley. Servicing the Inland Empire, The Desert, Orange County, and North San Diego County. We are interviewing this week for 3 technicians and 3 assistant technician positions that need to be filled immediately. Accepting applications M-F 9am-3pm at: Integrity Chem-Dry 580 N. California Ave. Beaumont, Ca. 92223 (951)769-2850 Integrity Chem-Dry wants to add field technicians to our team. We clean carpet, upholstery, area rugs, tile-stone and grout. We also offer 24-hour water damage emergency services. We clean for residential and commercial customers throughout the Inland Empire, Desert, Orange County, and North San Diego County. You must be motivated, willing to learn, communicate well to educate the customer with the Chem-Dry Healthy Cleaning process. There are many opportunities for growth. Starting wage is $16 per hour for assistant technicians. Experienced carpet cleaning techs are paid DOE. Immediate raise after completing all online self study training courses, master our process, gaining sales skills from lead technician, and demonstrate you can handle the responsibilities of a lead technician for promotion. Compensation: Starting wage is $16 an hour for assistants during training. Commission for experienced technicians $800-$2,500+ a week. Top Experienced Techs are making $90,000+ a year. Job Requirements: Clean cut-professional appearance (no nose/face piercings or offensive visible tattoos) Valid Driver's license / Clean DMV (No DUI) Strong Sales Skills Customer Service Skills Must be reliable, dependable, on-time Must be able to lift cleaning equipment and move small furniture up to 95 pounds Must be available to work nights and weekends Must be willing to work overtime if necessary Have a working cell phone Able to speak, read, and write English Assistant Techs: No Experience Required- we offer paid training! We are looking for candidates interested in working as an assistant where you will learn our system and process under the direction of a lead technician. Assistants that master our process and demonstrate they can handle the responsibilities of a lead technician will be promoted. Important: This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent bending, twisting, lifting, squatting, and walking. You must be able to repeatedly move and/ or lift up to 95 lbs in/out of service vehicle and customer's homes/offices.
