I need a painter for a 1200 sq ft house. Some ceilings have new drywall, some have been scraped to remove popcorn ceiling. May need to be mudded and smooth sanded again. Walls and ceilings should be ready for paint. I need a good painter to come in a do this little house for me. Its 3 bedroom, one bath. You dont have to paint the kitchen or bathroom.
