Run CAT5 Ethernet from router to 3 floors

I'd like help to run CAT5 ethernet wire from my FIOS router to each floor. I've been using wireline to route my internet, but that has been unreliable. Like to wire CAT5 to 4 different WIFI routers. the FIOS router is on the 1st floor; there is an existing wire chimney that other wires run up. This should be a short job for someone with experience! Please let me know your hourly rate and experience Thanks John
