Our local Agency is looking for able-bodied individuals with, or without prior security training. Our headquarters are located in downtown Honolulu and have various positions available throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Individuals with Hawaii Guard Cards will be assigned sites after orientation. Others without training will be hired and assisted in obtaining their Hawaii Guard Cards. Position pay is based on experience and location per hour with benefits for all full-time workers. We are currently looking for Security Officers and Motorized Officers for the morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. We provide an easy payroll deduction program for full-time employees, so you can pay for your Guard Card over time. After one year with Star Protection Agency, you will be reimbursed for your guard card fee. • Join Star Protection Agency as a full-time employee without a Hawaii Guard Card, and after one year in good standing you will earn a $500 bonus, upon review. • Join Star Protection Agency as a full-time employee with a guard card and in good standing, you receive a $1,500 bonus, upon review. This will be distributed in $250 increments every two months for your first year. • Referrals by current employees can earn a $200.00 bonus per referee. The referee must be in “good standing” and work in a full-time role (40hr/week) for one month (beginning upon receiving their Guard Card) for you to receive the bonus. If you generate a referral, you must also maintain a full-time schedule, be in “good standing”, and preserve your currently active status.
