A high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals; we are customer service focused and need like-minded people to join our team. *This position is for multi-family turnkey cleaning, not residential or commercial housekeeping. Essential Cleaning Duties Included But Not Limited To: • Stoves • Refrigerator • Tubs/showers • Toilets • Cabinets • Ceiling fans • Windows • Blinds • Vacuum • Sweep • Mop • Dust • Some units may be extremely dirty Competencies • Detail oriented • Good communication skills • Flexible • Dependable • Excellent time management • Dedication to get the job done RIGHT Requirements • Must be willing to travel to all locations across the Greater Jacksonville area • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Cell phone • One year housekeeping experience (preferred) Physical Demands This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Cleaners may need to drive between multiple job sites. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend and evening hours are occasionally needed to accommodate our clients service needs.
