Come ready to place your bid and support Hilltop Clinic! You will have the opportunity to bid on items such as: Overnight use of a Tesla Model YA hand-crafted collector's hunting knifeTwo rounds of golf at Hidden Trails Golf CourseHilltop Clinic family swag bagGift cards to local businesses...and more! You could win $100 in our salsa contest!  Entry fee for the Salsa Contest is $15. Entry fee must be paid prior to participation (it can even be paid when you arrive at the event).Deadline to register is Friday, November 5.Contestants are asked to make at least two pints (32 oz/4cups) of your best salsa. Please reference the attached food safety guidelines for proper preparation and storage of your salsa. Throughout the night, attendees of the event will taste the different salsas. Plates, spoons, and tortilla chips will be provided.
