We use color to decode emotions and let our creativity run free. By the end of this workshop, you will understand yourself better and you will have a clearer picture of your path ahead by receiving expert insight on your work. You do not need to have any art or artistic experience; all you need is your willingness to heal. This is not an art class—everyone is welcome to this creative workshop. Cost: $55 per person; all supplies are included. Cintia has been navigating the ocean of grief since 2010. Aside from her schooling and training as a Social Worker, her own experiences with loss and other life transitions, have taught her how overwhelming life can be. She has been helping clients change their lives for the past nine years. Cintia's experience includes grief and loss, domestic violence, empowerment, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship loss, friendship loss, loss of lifestyle, Autism, LGBTQ, women’s issues, diversity and many other areas in which a person might want to empower themselves.
