Description
We are looking for a barback/busser hybrid looking to help open up a new luxurious rooftop in Manhattan. Our ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and a team player. If interested, attach a copy of resume, and a good number to reach you.
Job Duties Include:
Prepare restaurant and club areas before members are seated
- Set tables with necessary napkins, linens and glassware
- Polishing all glassware and silverware
- Restock utensils, napkin glassware and other dining room needs throughout club areas
- Communicate with server for initial water service
- Removes dirty glassware, flare-ware and plate-ware when needed
- Clean and reset tables after members leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Inform management and waitstaff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars
- Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars, i.e. filling ice bins, etc
- Stock bars with alcoholic beverages including liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes
- Juice all fresh citrus juices to support the bars program
- Follows recipes to help support bars program; batched cocktails, in-house made syrups
- Stock non-alcoholic beverages including soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars
- Stock and organize Liquor room with all supplies including including liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc
- Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, take out the trash, etc
