SCHEDULE: Minimum - 5 days/week 35/hours week Reporting to the Working Superintendent, and under general direction, the Porter is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of CU apartment buildings and grounds area. Responsibilities: Cleans and maintains building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, Trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Heavy lifting may be required. Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma and/or its equivalent required. - Will have to take a 9 panel drug test - Will have to pass through a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance a plus.
