Superintendent needed for a 30 unit building/Condominium on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Your duties will include repairs, garbage, recycling, and cleaning. You will only need to be in the building from 9 am to 5 pm 3 days a week, the other 4 days you can maintain another full-time job. The job includes a studio apartment and $400.00 a week.
