The SEER music trio (Matthew DeRubertis, Holbrook Riles III, and Chris Coles) give a performance featuring spoken word by Krystle Aguilera. The night will open with a performance of ATRAVESA, a multi-media choreographed work created by Matthew and Krystle from their recent artist residency in Asheville, NC. ATRAVESA seeks to evoke the feeling of boldly stepping forward into the unknown, with complete faith and inner knowing that when two people intentionally co-create in union, they can surpass the possibilities of the individual. The event will be held in the lobby of 243 Furnace St in Akron, OH - the same building as the AV Club and Akron Recording Company. Doors open at 7pm, performance begins at 7:30. Exchange can be made on sliding scale donation of $15 - 30.
