Janitorial Supervisor responsibilities include: Needs to be able to delegate, inspect property, supervise, follow instructions and carry them out Assist the Project Manager in managing janitorial/cleaning staff Assist in developing and maintaining employee weekly schedule Provides training to all janitorial staff Assists with processing new hire applications and interviewing new janitorial staff Maintains staff compliance with company policies/procedures Maintains proper inventory control of supplies and materials Must have experience using a scrubbing machine Requirements Preferred 1 year of experience as Janitorial Supervisor Janitorial experience required Strong customer service skills and employee relation skills Driver's License required Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to work weekends Must be able to lift 30 lbs. constantly Bilingual English/Spanish required. Shift: 8am - 5pm Wednesday - Monday
