GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work from schedules, daily work orders and instructions from the Property Manager. Paint interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures, keep work room organized and paint inventory up to date. Pressure washing as needed. Be responsible for the upkeep of all property-issued tools and equipment. Assist with picking up trash, empty trash and recycling bins, push/pull dumpsters for pick up. Make repairs including basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and dry wall repair as assigned. Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements. Other duties as assigned. Applicant must be dependable, energetic, motivated and have general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical. We need a team player with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and ladders, and lift, carry, push/pull up to 50lbs. Will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen 40-hour work week Monday through Friday Generous healthcare benefits package and PTO Compensation based on experience
