Join the #onruncrew and other DC women for a fun and social 5k Join the DC #onruncrew ladies as we bring together women all across Washington, DC for a social 5k run. We're not in it for speed (this time ;) ), just community. We hope you'll connect with someone new and help us strengthen the incredibly diverse and powerful women's running scene in the District. @on_running will have shoes for participants to demo on their run! On is an athletic shoe and performance sportswear company originating in Switzerland that designs and markets sports clothing and running shoes. The #onruncrew are the official On support squad https://www.on-running.com/en-us/. Admission is Free but there will be a cap. Timeline: 8:30am - Meet + Introductions 8:30 - 8:45am - On shoe fitting + warm-up 8:45am - until - Run Post run - Quick stretch + depart + goodies A few things to keep in mind: All runners should wear a mask when in close proximity to other runnersNo bag check, restroom facility, or water will be available/provided (but water/restrooms should be available in Yellow)If you believe you may have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID , please stay home.
