SEEKING space for daytime art photography shoot

I'm an artist who does figurative photography (NON-erotic nudes -- see IG @richardtallent), and I'm visiting NYC this weekend from Texas! A few art models have contacted me who are open to shoot on Sunday, all we need now is to find a private space to shoot in! I'm working on a new 3D art photo series, so I'm looking for something with some texture or age to it, where I can shoot with natural light. An unused building, cluttered courtyard, theater, etc. Anything with some texture, or age, or feel to it, and either natural or decent artificial light. I'm staying in Midtown, but the location doesn't actually matter. If you volunteer your space, I'd be happy to send a signed and numbered limited-edition print of one of the pieces we end up producing! I'm a stickler for safety on shoots. No one will be hanging from a chandelier, drinking, or damaging your property. Everyone will be masked while in your common spaces. Only me and the model (1 or 2) will be there -- no crew, no lighting equipment, no loud music, no drama. If you have a space you'd be willing to let me borrow from an hour or two on Sunday (likely early afternoon), please let me know! You can reach out here, via phone, or via IG.
