Cedar Hills Construction is a local family owned framing company looking for a motivated individual who can efficiently run a small crew. We provide Framing and Siding for custom homes all around central Oregon. Reliable transportation is a must, as job sites could be anywhere from Brasada Ranch, Sunriver, Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas. The right candidate will have 3-5+ years of framing and/or siding experience, will have their own set of hand tools and toolbelt, it would be helpful if you have other framing/siding tools but we can provide if necessary. You need to have the ability to read plans and explain them to the crew and be willing/able to teach others. It would be a plus if you know how to cut rafters, and stair stringers, but not a requirement....will train. We are offering competitive wages starting at $30+ per hour and up based on experience. There is a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days, and a small benefits package which offers Dental, Life, Accident, and Disability insurance. No drug test or background check required, just need someone willing to show up and work hard every day.
