Cedar Hills Construction is a local family owned framing company looking for multiple individuals to provide help with Carpentry and/or Basic Labor. We do framing and siding for custom homes all around central Oregon. Reliable transportation is a must, as job sites could be anywhere from Brasada Ranch, Sunriver, Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas. The right Carpentry candidate will have 1+ years of framing/siding/general construction experience, and will have their own set of basic hand tools and toolbelt. Must be a hard worker and willing/able to follow instructions. We are willing to train and provide tools as necessary. This position will pay $22+ per hour, and there is a $500.00 sign-on bonus after 60 days. There is room for growth in this position for those interested in becoming Crew Lead. If you are looking for basic labor, no experience is required. Must be able to follow instructions and be a hard worker who can show up every day. This position is ideal for someone starting out in construction, wanting to train to become framer/carpenter. We will provide tools/bags, and training. This position starts at $17.00 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 60 days. We also offer a small benefits package which includes Dental, Life, Accident, and Disability insurance to all employees after 60 days of employment. No drug test or background check required, just need good people who are willing to show up and work hard every day.
