The Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) program provides up to 12 months of assistance. Join us Nov. 17 @ 11:30 to learn more. You are invited to a workshop to learn more about the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) program administered by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. The IERA provides up to 12 months of assistance in past due and forward facing rent and utilities (electric, gas, water/wastewater, and bulk fuel) to eligible households. This event, hosted by the Bloomington Board of Realtors (BBOR), the Monroe County Apartment Association (MCAA), and the Bloomington Department of Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND), will be held on The panel will include: • Rayanna A.
