In leading up to our Halloween Horror Kon-Tiki weekend, we wanted to do a rum tasting class. So we call Plantation distilleries. Tigress loves using Plantation rum is most all our tropical cocktails. We thought our customers might enjoy an opportunity to taste some selections of rums that Plantation offers. The tasting will include four rums, plus one cocktail, and nibbles. Tasting rums along side one another is always the best way to distinguish differences in flavors. The rums are made in 3 locations, Barbados, Jamaica and Fiji , adding interest to their profiles. Peter Dattolo from Plantation will direct us in this tasting.
