ISO: harbor freight dumpter tipoffs

I know harbor freight has to "destroy" it's returned products...ie. throw them in the dumpster I would like to offer money...$10-$20 even $50 for special items.... if someone knows somthing decent is getting "destroyed" and they tip me off as to where and when it going to get "destroyed". even better if they set it aside dumpster at which it is suppose to be "destroyed" $20 bucks in your pocket for letting me know somthing is getting thrown away and I am able to retrieve it... (This actually goes to any hardware stores or any store...Northern tools...Tractor supply...home depot...Walmart....if you tip me off with good info I will send you a tip)
