Primary Function:
The Health Screener will take temperatures of the employees coming in and highlight their name on the list to indicate they had their temperature taken and to ensure that the employee showed up.
Working hours: This is a Temporary Part-time opportunity working Monday-Saturday 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (subject to change)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Asking the Production/Operation employees the Ministry of Health COVID-19 screening questions before granting access to our Facility.
• Taking and recording employee’s temperature using a “no-touch” thermometer
• Passing out information to employees and ensuring that they are following proper precautionary measures
Education/Background Requirements:
• Current students or persons with Healthcare/Medical backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Able to sit, walk, stand, and or drive for extended periods of time
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent report writing skills
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (mask, gloves, etc.) if/when required
• Bilingual preferred (not required)
Working Conditions:
• Work well under pressure
• Work long hours if necessary
• Standing for long periods of time
• 12-18 hours/week
