Thurs., Nov. 25th @ 10:00 am THANKSGIVING GRATITUDE CLASS - Everyone is welcome to this beautiful all inclusive practice! ***This will be a very special THANKSGIVING GRATITUDE class for all levels. It will be relaxing, grounding and focused on the all the blessings life shows us each and every day. A chance to gather with like minds and be grateful in the moment and enjoy this beautiful practice together. All ages and levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged. Put the bird in the oven and come enjoy! Last year was very special, and I know this year will be, too. *** JOIN US for Yoga on the Beach! Bring a large beach towel or sheet some water and a great big smile! I guarantee this will be the highlight of your day! IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: I will post on facebook and send an email through Eventbrite by 9:00 am. Refunds will be given for weather cancellation, in the event it cannot be rescheduled during that week. Otherwise, class will be rescheduled for the next day of good weather. ***IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME TAKING MY CLASS, a waiver will be sent to you via the email you signed up with on Eventbrite.
