***************************** JOB FAIR TUES 10/26 **************************** The Medve Group, Inc. has multiple apartment job openings in Baton Rouge, LA and will be conducting a Job Fair Tuesday, October 26th from 11am to 2pm at The Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights! Current opportunities include Leasing Agent, Maintenance Tech and Housekeeper. Leasing Agent: $15/hr ($1,500 Sign-on Bonus) • Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents • Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork • Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves • Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations • Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities • Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community Maintenance Tech: 18/hr+ ($1,500 Sign-on Bonus) • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor • Perform on-call duties • HVAC/EPA certification required Housekeeper: $13/hr • Obtains list of vacant units and prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments • Prepare vacant units for occupancy • Daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property Incentives: • Great benefits • 35% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave We look forward to visiting with you in-person at 8939 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.
