A fun gathering for any human interested in sustainability, conservation, social justice, and intersectional environmentalism.
Open to anyone and everyone with an interest (whether passion profession or hobby) in creating that mythical 'Green City on a Blue Lake'. We aim to bring people together in a beautiful location, all outdoors whether rain, shine, wind, or snow; to connect, learn, do, and be.
Level up your skills in knot tying, green woodworking, winter camping, fire builidng, and more! When the sun goes down, we will ignite a fire to carry on into the night with a panel of speakers (complimented by your insights & questions) on the topic of Regenerating Nature in the City.
Complimentary mulled cider & hot tea with light snacks. Optional warm libations via an upcharged registration. Vegetarian Chili available for a small donation to our hosts: Camp Manatoc.
As there will be a new moon, skies will be dark for optimal viewing of the Taurid Meteor Shower. Overnight Tent Camping is permitted in a large field on the eastern edge of the Camp. Showers provided for all overnight guests.
