Description: The hospitality and tourism industry, the world’s largest service industry, is facing some major challenges as we enter 2021 and beyond. Staying on top of one’s education and expanding knowledge across industry segments will help associates plan their best pathway toward success. This certificate is broad based. It is designed to provide lifelong learning for those who may already possess a formal education in the industry. It opens doors for those who have not yet pursued a college degree. It enhances a “fresh look” to those who already may have graduate degrees in other areas. In essence, it’s for any level and any person.
