We are looking for an entry level apprentice person to help with building maintenance for a small property management company. Applicant need not be experienced, as training is provided. This is ideal for someone who is inexperienced and wants to try a trades job. Applicant must: Be physically able Have a willingness to learn Be easy to get along with Be sharper than a marble This is an entry level position suitable for people with little or no experience only, for a starting apprentice. Perfect for someone who wants to learn about general maintenance and some trades. This job is NOT for an experienced tradesman. This job is perfect for a student looking for a summer job or any energetic person who is hungry to learn and willing to work and use their head to gain experience in multiple trades. Schedule can be arranged for part time, 3 to 4 days a week. Typically work is 8AM-4PM Weekdays, with a paycheck on Fridays.
