Description

Maintenance Technician at Willow Creek Crossing. Full-time, benefits after 60-day probation. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, rotating Saturdays and on call emergency service (about every 7-8 weeks). Must have basic tools, experience in HVAC (CFC certification a plus), electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Physical Requirements: will need to be able to use hand tools and power equipment; climb stairs and ladders; work with chemicals; work in all weather conditions; lift, push, and pull heavy objects. HR Requirements: Criminal background check; drug test; valid driver's license; personal, reliable vehicle for use at work; direct payroll deposit, and personal cell phone.
