Want to start Progressive-Grunge/punk band

Hey y'all, I'm a guitar player (playing for 10+ years) looking to start a serious project. We will be gigging and writing original music, although I have no problem slipping in a cover into our setlist from time to time. Will write melodies for the band, and I can occasionally write lyrics too. I want to find a bassist, singer, drummer, and keyboardist, preferably with an experienced skill level. I don't think a second guitarist will be necessary. If you can sing and play an instrument, even better. I would love to practice at least once a week minimum, although I would like to shoot for more days throughout the week.
