Description
Looking to rehome this loving female cat… We rescued her from a small town in Florida on October 13th, she was outside and in bad condition but yet so affectionate. As soon as I saw her I knew I had to help, she was covered in bugs from head to toe with open wounds on the top of her back. So we brought her home and nursed her back to health, after several baths and a haircut we got rid of the bugs. We took her to the vet because she seemed to have a cold as well. They gave us antibiotics for her cold but after a few test they discovered that she has feline immunodeficiency virus. It is a lifetime virus which means she can’t be around any other cats because of the risk of infecting them as well. Cats with FIV can live long and healthy lives as long as they are kept indoors, you would treat her like any other cat. Her wounds have healed and her fur is growing back quickly. She is a very sweet and loving cat, she is not feral at all, we think that someone may have abandoned her out there because she came right up to us when we first saw her. She loves her belly rubbed and has never bit nor scratched us, even while we bathed her. She is definitely a lap cat perfect for anyone who will give her the attention she needs. We are looking for someone with no other animals to take her in and are asking for a small rehoming fee of $150. Please call or text me at (5seven3) 2one0 18eight2
