Pic is of Joe Biden standing there oddly with his thumbs up at the Town Hall. He wasn’t communicating anything, it reminded me of a boxer hit who has involuntary muscle movements. Makes me wonder if he isn’t starting to have effects of brain illness. PS in your reply it would be nice of you could focus on Biden, not a former POTUS.
