We are hiring a few people to help our Property Management Company with general home building and handyman construction projects. We are seeking someone with experience in framing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, flooring, painting, drywall, clean outs, etc. and we can train in several areas. Preference for those that have experience and want to learn. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. REQUIREMENTS: 1) You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We can not pick you up or drop you off for work. 2) You must be able to climb ladders, load and unload materials in and out of pickups, and be able to tolerate the hot and cold weather as most properties do not have heating or air conditioning. 3) You must be able to pass a background check and drug test (before and after hiring). We are open to those 18 years of age and older. You must be able to get along with others, actually work while on the job, and take instructions from supervisors. The pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour depending upon experience/skill level and paid weekly. We will not increase the starting wage, so if this is not a satisfactory wage, please do not apply. You are hired as an employee not a contractor.
