WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This little guy was found roaming on Savin Ave and Church St.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "No collar, tags or microchip. If anyone knows where he belongs please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter 203-937-3642 any day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m."
