MERIDEN — A Cheshire resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Meriden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 20, the big winner from Cheshire purchased a KENO ticket from the Crystal Grocery Store in Meriden and won $30,000.
