Wanted: long term cat foster parent with low rates

I have a male neutered Scottish fold who is now around 8.5 months old. I am putting this ad up early to get a feel for possible cat foster parents who can board and care for him from January 2022-approximately September 2022, possibly longer. I am in the military and will be heading out of state for training for several months. My return date is uncertain at this point, so I prefer that you are flexible on when I can pick him up. The cat boarding businesses around here are insanely expensive for such a long departure. I am hoping to find someone with cheaper rates or possibly even someone willing to watch him for free, if you just want a cat without a commitment beyond a year. I will provide all food and supplies.
