Description
TOMS RIVER, NJ — A motor vehicle crash that has brought down a utility pole and power lines has caused a partial closure of Route 37 on Friday morning, authorities said.
The right lane is closed westbound in the area of Bananier Drive, the state Department of Transportation and the Ocean County Sheriff's Office said.
Traffic is getting by but there are delays and motorists should slow down and use caution, authorities said.
The eastbound lanes were not affected by the crash but motorists should be cautious through the area due to rubberneckers.
There was no immediate information available on whether there were injuries in the crash.
