Press release from the City of Havre de Grace: 2021-10-21 Notice of Public Hearing   Annexation Resolution No. 290 concerning 3 Parcels on Pulaski Highway   The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on Annexation Resolution No. 290.  Annexation Resolution No. 290 – A charter resolution to add "Subsection A.36 the First 2021 Addition to the City Boundaries," which will enlarge the boundaries of the City of Havre de Grace to include the land of 1750 Pulaski Highway, 1754 Pulaski Highway, and a 3.85 acre vacant parcel for a total of 6.832 acres more or less.
