Total Cleaning is seeking subcontractor companies who specialize in Post-Construction Cleaning. Must have Liability, Workers Comp and Auto Insurance. Projects will be in the area of Miami Area : zip code 33309 or neighboring areas, must be willing to travel within a 20 mile radius. Must also have experience with large projects, Multi-units, Window cleaning and Floor care, plus if experienced in VCT Strip and wax, but not required, proper supervision and staffing.
